LISA BOHRER- Owner, Manager, and Interior Designer

Lisa's love for design started young, with a dream that eventually became Spaces in 2010. Since then, she has poured her heart into creating a studio that feels personal, welcoming, and deeply connected to the clients and community it serves.


At the studio, Lisa truly does it all-from design decisions and client care to the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything moving. She brings an intuitive eye, years of experience, and a genuine love for helping people create homes that feel beautiful, comfortable, and meaningful.


Her work is guided by one of her favorite quotes from Elsie de Wolfe: " am going to make everything around me beautiful-that will be my life." For Lisa, that sentiment is more than inspiration-it'sa reflection of how she lives and works. Spaces is not just a job to her; it is part of who she is. Her love for the studio, her clients, and the design process can be felt in every project, every detail, and every client experience.

PEGGY IRMEN - Design assistant

Peggy has been part of the studio for 11 years, bringing warmth, reliability, and a helpful eye to every corner of the design process. She supports the team with sales, inventory, client care, and behind-the-scenes project details that help keep everything running smoothly.


She especially enjoys connecting with clients and making them feel comfortable throughout their experience. Outside of the studio, Peggy enjoys a simple life with family, gardening, walking, watching softball and hockey games, and spending time with her cat, Teddy. She is also a proud grandmother who loves to travel-especially to warm beaches.

MiKenna McMahen - Design Assistant

MiKenna has been part of the studio for 3 years, bringing a cozy, timeless, and collected perspective to the design team. She loves helping clients find pieces that feel personal, meaningful, and true to their style, while creating spaces that feel both beautiful and livable.


She is drawn to warm, organic interiors with layered textures, natural elements, and a lived-in, inviting feel and she enjoys spaces that feel thoughtfully gathered over time. Outside ofthe studio, she enjoys gardening, spending time with friends and family, and life at home with her fiancé, Gage, their mini dachshund, golden retriever, and cat.

Delaney Olson - Interior Designer

Delaney brings a creative, detail-focused eye to each project, with a love for interiors that feel personal, layered, and full of charm. She enjoys helping bring designs to life through computer drafting, renderings, space planning, and thoughtful material selections; Inspired by old homes, funky lighting, vintage finds, and places with a story.


A graduate of NDSU's interior design program, she grew up in downtown Bismarck, where her love for character-filled interiors began. Outside ofthe studio, she enjoys playing tennis, swimming, traveling, attending live music shows, playing pub trivia, and spending time with her Jack Russell terrier, Greg.

Bonnie White - Interior Designer

Bonnie brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every project, helping with everything from design selections and space planning to furniture, artwork, and finishing details. She especially enjoys remodels and the process of uncovering each client's personal style to create a space that feels truly their own.


Bonnie has an eye for furniture layout, artwork, pattern, and creating a strong focal point in every room. She loves a layered space that blends both vintage and new pieces, and believes there are no strict rules in design -just the right balance of elements that work beautifully together. Her goal is for every client to love their finished space and feel that special "wow" factor when it all comes together. Outside of the studio, Bonnie enjoys sewing, baking, and spending time with her five grandsons.

Claire Persson-Administration

Claire keeps the studio running smoothly with her behind-the-scenes support, organization, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. In her role, she helps with HR, administration, bookkeeping, design support, and assisting customers in the store with a cheerful, welcoming approach.


Upbeat and friendly, Claire is known for always having a smile to share. She has a natural eye for style -often seen in her fun outfits- and brings that same sense of personality and polish to the studio. Outside of work, Claire enjoys doing puzzles, working in her yard, and spending time with her two children and four grandchildren.
